Together for Yes is the National Civil Society Campaign to remove the Eighth Amendment from the Constitution. Together we are campaigning for a more compassionate Ireland that allows abortion care for women who need it.
We are campaigning together for a YES vote in the referendum to secure an Ireland where Restrictions on women’s healthcare are removed from the Constitution.
The Oireachtas can legislate for access to abortion care for women and girls in Ireland.
Only by voting Yes and changing our laws can we ensure that:
-A woman can make a personal and private decision about her own life and health.
-Doctors and medical staff can give women and girls the care they need here in Ireland without fear of breaking the law.
-Abortion is safe and regulated, in line with best medical practice, and provided through the public health service.
W-omen who have been given a diagnosis of fatal foetal anomaly, or who are pregnant as a result of rape, will have access to abortion if that is what they decide.
